7. Solved?
Have you achieved your expectations?
With the process followed before, usually or the problem has been solved or you have identified something in particular that needs to be improved.

7.1. Global reflection. This is very similar to the last activity in the previous stage. The main difference is that the reflection we do during the action stage is to tackle any difficulties that could appear during the action. Now the main focus it is to think about which step should we go back to improve it after what we have learnt with the work we have already done.
Now we think about how much of the outcome expected has been achieved. We might feel happy with the result or we might feel we want to do more about it. Then we can think where could we go back:
Should we make a better plan? Should we make different decisions based on different options? Do we need to redefined the problem, tackle it from a different angle? Have we found out a new challenge we were not aware before and we have to treat it as a new problem? |
7.2. What next? If we have solved the problem, then the next step is to think about other problems to solve or other improvements to be made for us or for others.
Now that we have solved a problem we can think about how to help others to solve this same type of problem. Or:
How to solve another problem in our lives. How to improve any other areas in our lives. How to improve somebody else's life. How to do further improvements to the problem we have solved to prevent it from happening again. |
