SITUATION FOR EMPLOYEES
VIDEO: Situation for employees relate to different type of situations where employees find themselves. Could be situations of insatisfaction, in which people think about different options such as changing jobs, due to the type of job, the low pay, timetable, stress, problems with colleagues or managers, lack of motivation, no development or promotion. Even when things are fine, as employees always we can think about getting ready for changes. There could be changes in our job (redundancies, increment of workload, worsening work/life balance, etc.), but also we should think about getting ready in case the right opportunities arrive. In the current times, employment mean different things for different people. From having one employment (full time or part time), to having several or even a combination of employment and self-employment.
